Dear Colleagues, Partners, and Friends
It is both a privilege and a profound responsibility to welcome you to the Global Emergency Medical Services (GEMS) Summit 2026 in Hyderabad, India
GEMS was born from a simple but urgent realization: Emergency Medical Services must evolve beyond being a reactive transport mechanism to becoming a strategic pillar of national resilience. In its previous edition, GEMS established the foundations—Policy, Preparedness, Partnerships, and People. This year, we take a decisive leap forward.
GEMS 2026 is built around a transformative theme: Beyond Response: Designing Intelligent, Autonomous and Resilient Emergency Medical Systems (EMS). We stand at the threshold of a new era where emergency physicians, paramedics, AI decision engines, drones, robotics, predictive analytics, and digital command systems operate not in silos—but as a synchronized ecosystem. Our goal is not simply to discuss the future of Emergency Medical Systems (EMS), but to design it, prototype it, and influence its responsible deployment.
Hyderabad offers a uniquely powerful setting for this ambition. As one of India’s leading life sciences, health technology, and innovation hubs, the city represents the convergence of industry, research, digital infrastructure, and disaster management capability. GEMS 2026 will serve not merely as a conference, but as a living laboratory—where ideas meet simulation, policy meets technology, and vision meets implementation.
Across the summit, you will experience immersive command arenas, autonomous response demonstrations, AI-enabled triage systems, industrial disaster simulations, and high-level policy dialogues. More importantly, you will engage with leaders who believe that Emergency Medical Systems (EMS)must become predictive, climate-resilient, ethically governed, and globally networked.
The challenges facing Emergency Medical Systems (EMS) today—climate volatility, industrial expansion, urban density, technological disruption—are complex and accelerating. Meeting them requires courage, collaboration, and clarity of vision. It requires us to think beyond response and toward anticipation; beyond effort and toward intelligent design.
I invite you to contribute your expertise, challenge assumptions, forge partnerships, and help shape the Hyderabad Declaration on Intelligent Emergency Medical Systems (EMS). Together, we can ensure that by 2030, emergency systems are not merely faster—but smarter, safer, and more equitable.
Welcome to GEMS 2026.
Let us engineer the future of emergency care—together

Dear Colleagues, Partners, and Friends
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 6th Global Summit on Emergency Medical Services (GEMS) 2026, to be held on 20 – 21 November 2026 in Hyderabad, India. This summit brings together a distinguished community of emergency physicians, industrial HSE leaders, policymakers, technology innovators, and industry stakeholders committed to advancing the future of Emergency Medical Systems in industries.
As industrial ecosystems expand and operational environments become increasingly complex, with outsourcing of Emergency Medical Services in industries, the need for robust, intelligent, and well-integrated Industrial Emergency Medical Systems has never been greater.
Protecting the health and safety of the workforce and surrounding communities requires preparedness models that combine medical expertise, defined skillsets, technological innovation, and strong collaboration between industry and public emergency services.
Guided by the theme “Beyond Response: Designing Intelligent, Autonomous & Resilient EMS Systems,” GEMS 2026 aims to advance dialogue and innovation in areas such as industrial emergency preparedness, disaster resilience, digital command systems, and AI-enabled response networks.
I look forward to welcoming you to Hyderabad as we work together to strengthen the vision of future-ready Industrial Emergency Medical Systems that safeguard lives, workplaces, and communities.
Together, let us shape the future of smarter, faster, and more resilient emergency medical systems.
